Return & Refund Policy
Please carefully double-check the style and color of the item you have selected before making a final payment. If you are unsatisfied with the item you received, please contact us via email@example.com to contact our consumer services team.
Please note for the following cases consumers can request return item(s).
1. Item(s) have no defective parts, no artificial breakdowns, no destories in package, accessories, user manuals within 7 days (including working days and weekends) since received.
2. Item(s) are found with obvious defective parts and have not been used yet within 7 days (including working days and weekends) since received.
Exceptations for Returns
Please note for the following cases TOOARTS.com has the right to refuse consumers to return items.
1. All promotion items at our TOOARTS.com site.
2. The crafts has been used, damaged, has unauthorized modification, or the original package is missing that influences future sales.
3. One item has been returned more than two times.
4. Consumers did not require the delivery staff to return item(s) on receipt of defective item(s).
5. Any return request that beyond 7 days (including working days and weekends) starts from the date consumers receive item(s).
6. Consumers are unable to provide vertified ordering provement from TOOARTS.com, or artificially change order details.
7. Consumers artificially tear or alter item logos, series No. or any signals etc.
8. Item broken due to force majeure (natural disasters etc.).
9. Item(s) have not been sent out within 7 days (including working days and weekends) after we have confirmed return request with consumer.
How can I return my item?
1st Step Please contact our customer service team by email— firstname.lastname@example.org
2nd Step Please mark the order number, your phone number and write down "Return" on the package.
3rd Step Please pack your item and send it to us. Please inform your tracking
details to our consumer service team when you sending out your parcel.
4th Step We will arrange returns after receiving your returned items. We will return your order money to your bank normally within 10 working days upon we have confirmed your request. Please directly contact your bank for further follow-ups.
Received an incorrect item?
1. Please contact our consumer service team via email@example.com with the order number and the order details of your order.
2. Our customer service team will reply you within 24 hours.
3. Once our customer service team confirms your order is incorrect, we will provide you return or refund information.
4. Once we receive the incorrect order, we will start to send the correct order for you.
Item was damaged during shipping?
If your item was damaged during shipment, you have the right to ask for a full refund. When requesting your refund, please contact our customer service team via firstname.lastname@example.org with the following details:
1. Photos that clearly shows the problem of the item
2. The item’s courier number.
3. "Proof of Damage" documentation from your courier.
4. Alternatively, you can open the item in front of the delivery man to make sure it has already been damaged during shipment. In this case you can reject the package and contact us.
Refund Aplicability for Delivery Time
If you still haven’t receive your item within this time length, the items can be refunded or returned.
1. For unfinished orders: in 1-3 days.
2. For finished & Shipped Orders:For Europe/Asia/North America within 39 days; For other countries within 50 days
1. Normally, it takes 1-3 days for delivery after we receive your order request. The delivery period is depended on the shipping method you selected. If there is any special circumstances, we'll inform you as soon as possible.
2. Please note according to international order, you should pay all the customs fees. Consumers should take full responsibility if the package is sent to other countries, or the time is delayed.
3. Please note if in the case of fail to receive items that caused by typing wrong shipping address during payment, consumers need to pay the shipping cost for resending the item. If you want us to refund the item, please understand that we can only refund after we receive your item. We only refund the exact value of the item as stated on our site.
4. Please understand consumers are responsible for all shipping fees in case of non-quality returns.
