My order has been delayed

My order was partially shipped
Reasons may be:
1.The items are overweight hence need to be shipped in different packages.
2.The item is out of stock for a long time, so we may ship the remaining stock to you first, and we will send email to you in this case. Please check your email and let us know if you prefer to change to other item or get refund.
My order is still in process several days after order completion
If your order is still in the processing stage 48 hours after your payment, some items in your order may be out of stock. We usually need 2-5 days to restock these items. Please contact us by email firstname.lastname@example.org if you got any further questions.
How to cancel my order?
1.If the order payment status is “Pending”, you can contact our consumer service team to help you to change the status to “Cancelled”.
2.If the order has already been paid but has not been shipped out yet, you can contact us to cancel the order and get a full refund.
3.If the order has already been sent out, we can not help you to cancel the order. You may choose to send back the unopened products after you've received them so we will refund the money upon our receipt of the returned item(s).
My order is not in my Account
1. The payment system occurred an error when you placed the order;
2. You placed your order as guest without logging in our site. Please make sure that you have completed your payment by checking your payment account for the payment information. Then you should contact us by email@example.com with your transaction ID, invoice ID or your payment email address. Our customer service team will resolve the issue for you.
